Willoughby Spit. We are located in the Ocean View community of
Norfolk Virginia. We are across from the largest Naval Base in
the world and are flanked by the beautiful Chesapeake and Willoughby
Bays. We are home to the OV Fishing Pier, which is
the longest pier in North America. The pier is 1690' long.
